This means if you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we'll issue a return or exchange and we'll pay for your return shipping. It's a risk free approach for you to try out a new and exciting brand.
Just as pilots are held to a high standard to be considered proficient and airworthy. Similarly, we have high standards for our products, if you don't deem our product to be airworthy we'll replace it or issue a refund- no questions asked.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase date, Monday through Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.

We will happily exchange or refund your item within 30 days of your original purchase date provided the item and its packaging is in original condition.
